Please allow up to 5-7 business days for processing and up to 7-10 business days for any orders that include the Spontaneous Earrings. Shipping may take up to 14 days domestic with USPS First Class Package service.

You will receive tracking information once your order is processed by USPS. Clemaeve will not be responsible for any lost or damaged packages once processed by USPS.

Exchanges + Returns

We currently do not offer any exchanges or returns. All sales are final and no refunds will be issued. Complimentary repairs may be honored within 10 days of receiving your order. Customers will be responsible for the cost of shipping. Email info@clemaeve.com to inquire.
